She specializes in providing guidance and innovative solutions to help clients succeed and thrive.
Our Approach
We specialize in nonprofits at or below $10 million in revenue. Our service is individualized for each client's needs. First we meet with key stakeholders to fully understand the immediate needs and challenges of the organization. We then help clients prioritize and develop a plan. We provide a comprehensive report outlining the project plan with timelines and deliverables, cost analysis, and schedule to ensure alignment with client's priorities.
