Led by Michele Ostrander, Offsite Management and Consulting empowers nonprofits to reach their full potential. With more than 25 years of experience leading nonprofit organizations in numerous areas including: breast cancer, service and assistance dogs, domestic and sexual violence, conservation, and veterans services, Michele understands the challenges of running a nonprofit especially with limited resources. She specializes in providing guidance and innovative solutions to help clients succeed and thrive.
We specialize in nonprofits at or below $10 million in revenue. Our service is individualized for each client's needs. First we meet with key stakeholders to fully understand the immediate needs and challenges of the organization. We then help clients prioritize and develop a plan. We provide a comprehensive report outlining the project plan with timelines and deliverables, cost analysis, and schedule to ensure alignment with client's priorities.
Offsite Management and Consulting believes access to housing, food, healthcare, and education are basic human rights. We believe that nature is critical to our well-being. We know that art, music and theater enhances our world and expands our minds. With Offsite Management and Consulting by your side, you will receive the resources and support needed to build a sustainable and innovative nonprofit that helps to change our world.

“I have worked with Michele for years, first as her Board President at Komen Colorado. Michele is a great leader with strong commitments to the missions she represents. She has creativity and a sense of practicality to get the job done. I have watched her navigate tough situations with grace. Now she will bring all that experience to benefit her clients.”
Elyse Gellerman, former Board President Komen Colorado
"Michele came to our organization at a pivotal time when our future was uncertain. Her vision and leadership paved the way toward exponential growth on many levels from fundraising, staffing, processes, procedures and finances. Due to Michele's diligence and stewardship, our positive momentum continued throughout the pandemic. This was no small feat! As a current board member and long-term donor, I can confidently say that Michele is a natural leader, hardworking, dedicated, focused, visionary, knowledgeable and kind -- we would not be where we are today without her guidance at the helm. We will always be grateful for her leadership."
